Sour: Wonderful Sourdough Ahead

More good news today. I am happy to report that the sourdough starter we started a few days ago has turned frothy, meaning there is lots of active yeast. Tomorrow I am going to start my first two loaves. Wish me luck!

We (my mother and I), unfortunately, face the sad outlook that in a few months I will have to leave and someone will be stuck caring for the starter, or else it will die. So we will have to see.
